Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DomainRapid. By using the service, you agree to them. Please read the section on domain availability carefully, since it's the part most people overlook.
The service
DomainRapid generates brandable domain name ideas with AI and checks each one against domain registries so you see names that appear to be available. We are a naming tool, and we do not register, sell, or broker domains ourselves.
Your account
You can use the generator as a guest or create an account via Google or GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use DomainRapid.
Credits and payment
- Each account starts with free credits. Generating names spends credits.
- You can buy additional credits in packs. Credits never expire.
- Purchases are processed by Polar. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
- Because credits are digital goods delivered immediately, they are non-refundable once used, except where a refund is required by law. If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for unused purchases.
Domain availability
We check availability in real time when names are generated, but a domain's status can change at any moment, and a name shown as available may be registered by someone else before you complete your purchase. We do not guarantee that any name will still be available, and we are not responsible for registrations completed (or missed) at third-party registrars.
You are responsible for confirming that a name does not infringe any trademark or other right before you register or use it. DomainRapid does not provide legal or trademark advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit accounting.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The DomainRapid name, branding, and software are ours. Generated name suggestions are yours to use, but a suggestion is just a string of text, and we make no claim that any name is free of third-party rights (see “Domain availability” above).
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainRapid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost domains, profits, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
